Membership Terms: Key Details
The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by WHITE ROSE HOLISTIC. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which WHITE ROSE HOLISTIC (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as the purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
AUTOIMMUNE CIRCLE is a membership platform for women with autoimmune diseases who want to take back their lives and manage their autoimmune disease rather than be managed by it. The membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance. The information is not tailored to any specific autoimmune disease or any one person. It is focused and designed for those whose autoimmune disease is relatively under control but who still experience symptom flares. Whilst it may be helpful for men with autoimmune diseases, the membership is best suited to women. Should you need specific or bespoke support then please contact us to enquire about our one-to-one services.
The course is hosted on wordpress with memberpress and upsell plugins.
There are three elements to the membership:
- Monthly Live Q&A Sessions
- Monthly drop: New training, aromatherapy recipe, workshop, worksheet, journal or tapping script. This will be available in the membership area for one month only.
- A Private Facebook™ Group where feedback will be provided within 48 hours
Monthly Drop: training, aromatherapy recipe, workshop, worksheet, journal or tapping script
All new monthly drops will be uploaded to the membership area by 5 pm Irish time on the first Monday of the month and removed from the membership when the next monthly drop is uploaded unless there are unforeseen circumstances. From time to time, the monthly offering may be a workshop or training led by expert coaches and consultants who are specialists in different areas of complementary therapies and/or autoimmune diseases. In this case, the times may vary but advanced notice of this will be given via the Facebook group. From time to time these sessions may take place either directly in the private Facebook™ Group or via Zoom (or another similar video conferencing platform). The intention is to record all live workshops. However, there may be cases where the tech fails and a session may not be recorded. White Rose Holistic accepts no responsibility in this case. The information and guidance will be based on my experience and qualifications as a complementary therapist & EFT practitioner. In the case of an expert presenting a workshop, it will be based on their experience & qualifications.
Monthly Question & Answer Sessions
Each month you will get the chance to ask questions about the pieces of training provided and in general about the content of the membership. All of the Q&As will be delivered live in the Facebook™ Group. This session will continue for as long as there are questions to be answered but will last a maximum of 60 minutes. In some cases, answers may not be able to be provided immediately and will be shared in the Facebook group within 48 hours of the live. In other cases, I will direct you to other memberships, courses & 1-1 services that I offer if I believe these will help you. These lives will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and request specific workshops and get support.
The schedule for the Q&A sessions will be shared in the Facebook group.
In addition to the monthly drops and live Q&As there will be materials provided for self-study. There are 9 bitesize lessons. These lessons come with worksheets, journals & meditations to help you on your journey. For best results, you should work through the lessons in your own time. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to learn from the tips and guidance shared in the monthly drops.
Private Facebook™ Group
You will have access to a private Facebook™ group to support you during the Membership. The intention of this group is to provide community support and a network of individuals at a similar stage of their health and wellness journey and who are facing similar challenges. We aim to respond to your questions within 48 hours. This will be during our office hours as set out below. Private messages will not be responded to. Please post your question in the group so that others can benefit from the answer and also provide support. Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise the Facebook™ group, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the group and/or the content within the group at any time.
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect.
The aim of the membership is to provide you with an understanding of how complementary therapies can support you with an autoimmune disease. Your autoimmune disease is individual and personal to you. Nothing shared in this membership is intended to cure or heal your autoimmune disease. We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. Each individual is unique and their experience with autoimmune disease is unique to them. The aim is that by working through the resources and taking advantage of all of the elements which the membership has to offer you will have new information, strategies, and techniques to support yourself on your journey if you choose to use them. All information provided will be general information and guidance and will not be bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information within the membership. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make.
No content in this membership should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately. You are responsible for discussing the implementation of any of these tools, strategies, or techniques with your medical professional to ensure they are appropriate for you to use. We ask that all members of the membership respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for the action of any members including for any disclosures made by any members based on information that has been shared within the membership.
Contact and Schedule
It is the intention that the membership will run continuously and that any material, live Q&As, and monthly drops will be provided as set out above. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session(s) to be postponed they will be re-arranged as soon as possible. Throughout the membership, we will be available by email Monday 2-5pm and Tuesday to Thursday 5-8pm GMT (Nov- Mar) GMT+1 (Apr-Oct) via email@example.com and will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated (times are subject to change during holiday seasons and public holidays in Ireland). If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence. You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live and some will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership and where we can we may respond to you out of hours but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible.
This is a monthly membership. The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. If you cancel your subscription and rejoin at a later rate the cost of the membership is set at the time you re-subscribe. On joining, you agree to monthly payments via Stripe which will be taken on the same day each month.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Refunds and Cancellation
It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and find educational content, and form friendships. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership. As the content of this membership (which includes training videos and downloadable pdfs and google docs) is available to you immediately, you are not entitled to receive a refund. Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund which are not set out above you should email firstname.lastname@example.org to set out your refund request. All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights. Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so via your profile in the membership area. We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstances, a refund will be provided for the remainder of that month as applicable.
During your time as a member, you will be provided with course materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I can’t make a live session?
As far as possible, the live Q&A will be held in the Facebook™ Group. If not they will be recorded and the link to watch will be sent to you within 48 hours following the end of a live session or will be uploaded to the membership area. From time to time technology may fail and the recording may be unavailable or of poor visual or sound quality. We accept no responsibility if this is the case.
What if I need additional support?
Additional support can be offered to each member in the form of 1:1 support or guidance. We are happy to support you as required, please contact us directly, additional charges will apply.
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in the delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by Irish law. The Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.
