What tools do you use during coaching sessions?

I use a mixture of primarily coaching and EFT but have many other holistic tools available if required e.g. Reiki, meditation, reflexology, aromatherapy and more.

I dont have RA but a different AI disease. Will this work for me?

While the Mindful Arthritis Method is designed for Rheumatoid Arthritis, many principles apply to other autoimmune diseases and chronic conditions, focusing on stress management and emotional well-being. Each condition is unique, so let’s have a call to see if this program fits your specific needs.

Where can I read the Terms & Conditions?

Great question! As this is a 1-1 program you will find all Ts&Cs in the contract we both sign before we work together.

Do you offer refunds?

You have 14 days to request a refund. Requests after this will not be granted. Refunds will be prorated to account for any sessions completed and program materials shared before the request for a refund. Please refer to your contract for full details.

What tools do I need for this?

Very little! You will need

  • An email address.
  • a google account to access the workbooks and journals. 
  • a laptop/tablet/phone with a working internet connection and camera for our 1:1 coaching calls…thats it.
