If you are planning to purchase Tapping into Tranquility (the PROGRAM) then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.
Program Terms: Key Details
The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Program you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by WHITE ROSE HOLISTIC. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which WHITE ROSE HOLISTIC (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as the purchaser of the program. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
Program Outline
Tapping into tranquillity is a program for women with rheumatoid arthritis who want to take back control of their lives. The tapping sessions are one to one and the purpose of these is purely to provide EFT. Any supplemental information, documents and tools shared are not tailored to any one person. The program is focused and designed for those whose rheumatoid arthritis is relatively under control but who still experience symptom flares. Whilst it may be helpful for men with rheumatoid arthritis, the program is best suited to women.
The self paced element of the program is hosted on wordpress using memberpress and upsell plugins.
One to One sessions will take place over zoom or equivalent. Sessions will not be recorded.

Program Specifics
There are Two elements to the membership:
- One to One EFT/Tapping sessions
- Self Paced learning
One to One EFT/Tapping sessions
There are Six (6) hour long EFT/Tapping sessions included as part of this program. For the programs purchased during the black friday sale please note the following – The program starts from 04th January and all sessions must be used by the 31 Mar 2023.
The Client will book all EFT sessions for after 04th January via the booking link sent via email once the purchase is complete. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule ALL sessions.
The client may reschedule an EFT session using the rescheduling link contained in their appointment confirmation email, up to 24 hours before their booking. This can be done at no additional cost and no further correspondence with Aisling Maher is necessary
If the client cancels their EFT session less than 24 hours before the start time the session cannot be rescheduled and this will be considered a complete session. If there is an urgent reason the session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time, the EFT practitioner can, at her discretion, rearrange the session at no additional cost.
If a client is late to a session the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
If a client is late the EFT Practitioner will stay on the line for 10 minutes after the session has started. If the client does not show up the session will be forfeited. Missing an appointment without notice is considered a complete session.
Self-Study
It is important that you are aware that:
- On purchase you will be given instant access to view online modules and download documents. At the point of purchase, you are confirming your express consent to receiving access immediately. In agreeing to receive access at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund on the self paced part of the program.
- On purchase you will be granted a licence to use our documents for your own use ONLY. The licence will entitle you as the purchaser to use the documents for your own personal use. You are not permitted to sell, share, copy or circulate our documents/files – whether for profit or for free – to third parties without our prior written permission.
For best results, you should work through the lessons in your own time. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to get the most out of the program.
Disclaimers
The aim of the program is to provide you with tools to manage stress and anxiety. Your rheumatoid arthritis is individual and personal to you. Nothing shared in this program is intended to cure or heal rheumatoid arthritis. We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. Each individual is unique and their experience with rheumatoid arthritis is unique to them. The aim is that by working through the resources and the EFT sessions you will have new information, strategies, and techniques to support yourself on your journey if you choose to use them. All information provided will be general information and guidance. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information within the program. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make.
No content in this program should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately. You are responsible for discussing the implementation of any of these tools, strategies, or techniques with your medical professional to ensure they are appropriate for you to use.
In addition to this, the program is not to be construed as counselling and/or therapy of any kind.
Contact and Schedule
The contact will between the EFT practitioner and Client will take place during the booked sessions.
From time to time the Client may wish to raise questions by email. The EFT practitioner may respond to that query via email or wait until the next booked session to answer in person. The Client should not constitute any email response as an invitation for communications to be conducted by email.
EFT services are provided in the online Sessions as agreed to ensure that the highest level of service is provided. Any questions or queries which are received by email will always be dealt with by the EFT practitioner at the commencement of the next Session.
During the online sessions, clients can expect approx 10 mins will be spent at the start of the call catching up on the previous session and how the client has been feeling since the last session. There will be approx 10 mins at the end for closing the session/grounding, The remainder of the session will involve rounds of EFT. The initial session will involve more time at the start for client onboarding. There may be some changes to this at the discretion of the EFT practitioner and the needs of the client.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found Here.
The EFT Practioner acknowledges that in course of the Engagement she will have access to Confidential Information. The EFT Practioner shall not (except in the proper course of the provision of the agreed Services) either during the Engagement or at any time after the Term, use or disclose to any person, organisation or company and shall use its best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any Confidential Information. This restriction does not apply to any use or disclosure authorised by the Client or required by law. Neither does it apply to any information which is already in, or comes into, the public domain, otherwise than through the EFT Practioner unauthorised disclosure of the same.
The EFT Practioner may share the details of the EFT Practioner session with their EFT supervisor/mentor. As far as possible, the EFT Practioner shall not disclose any identifiable information about the Client to their supervisor. The EFT Practioner supervisor/mentor shall at all times be bound by client confidentiality and professional restrictions not to disclose details to third parties in any event.
The EFT Practioner is permitted to share that there is a working relationship between the Parties. Any sharing on social media will be limited to sharing feedback the client gives during or after sessions with no information that identifies that client, re-posting any posts by the Client which directly refer to the EFT Practioner via social media and/or using testimonials with permission.
Refunds and Cancellation
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, the Client has the right to cancel and obtain a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refund requests should be made in writing to aisling@whiteroseholistic.com and a refund will be provided within 10 working days from the date of the request as long as the request was made within 14 days of purchase date.
As there are a number of digital products made available to the client immediately upon purchase, the value of these will be deducted from any refund request. This bundle is valued at €75.
In the event that one or more EFT sessions have already taken place within the first 14 days following purchase, the Client is still entitled to request a refund but the value of the EFT session(s) shall be deducted from the amount paid by the Client, along with any reasonable costs which have been incurred by the EFT practitioner. The value of any sessions which have been provided (or deemed provided due to late cancellation/no show), will be determined pro-rata and will include any preparatory time completed by the EFT Practioner.
There is no obligation on the EFT Practioner to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14-day cancellation period.
Should the Client wish to obtain a refund outside of the 14 day cancellation period they should set out their request in writing and send it to aisling@whiteroseholistic.com
Intellectual Property
You will be provided with course materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the programme this should be made to made in writing to Aisling Maher at aisling@whiteroseholistic.com.
General
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in the delivery of the program. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.Should there be any conflict between these terms and any hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by Irish law. The Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the program.
