Purchase Terms for One to One calls

When you purchase your one-to-one call payment will be taken immediately. You will then have access to Aisling Maher’s calendar to book at a time convenient for you. 

If the buyer requires to move their scheduled booking they can do so using the rescheduling link contained in their confirmation email, up to 48 hours before their booking. This can be done at no additional cost and no further correspondence with Aisling Maher is necessary. 

If the buyer cancels their booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time no refund will be offered. If there is an urgent reason the call needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the start time, Aisling Maher can, at her discretion, rearrange the session at no additional cost. A session cannot be rescheduled more than once.

If you arrive late to your appointment, you agree that the call will still end at the scheduled time.

Additional Circumstances

Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund that is not set out above you should email aisling@whiteroseholistic.com to set out your refund request. 

All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights. 

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by Irish law. You and we agree that the courts of Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
