Terms & Conditions of Calls
Purchase Terms for One to One calls
When you purchase your one-to-one call payment will be taken immediately. You will then have access to Aisling Maher’s calendar to book at a time convenient for you. When a purchase is complete a short questionnaire will be sent to you.
If the buyer requires to move their scheduled booking they can do so using the rescheduling link contained in their confirmation email, up to 48 hours before their booking. This can be done at no additional cost and no further correspondence with Aisling Maher is necessary.
If the buyer cancels their booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time no refund will be offered. If there is an urgent reason the call needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the start time, Aisling Maher can, at her discretion, rearrange the session at no additional cost. A session cannot be rescheduled more than once.
Upon purchasing a call you will be sent a consultation form. This must be complete and returned 24 hours prior to the call taking place. This form needs to be reviewed by Aisling Maher BEFORE the call to ensure the full hour is available to provide the service. You agree that If this consultation form is not complete and returned by you 24 hours prior to the spotlight hour then, this will be completed and reviewed by Aisling Maher at the start of the call before any service can be provided. This can take 10 to 15 to minutes to complete. You agree that the call will still end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late to your appointment, you agree that the call will still end at the scheduled time.
Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund that is not set out above you should email firstname.lastname@example.org to set out your refund request.
All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
