How to stop pain in feet

This is for you if you have ever felt

  • The 4 hours between painkillers felt like an eternity.
  • The relief at cancelled social plans because you just don’t have it in you to make conversation.
  • You will not be responsible for your actions if one more person tells you to try turmeric and ginger.

And, while you are grateful for the fantastic medical treatments available to you, there are times when you need other ways to support yourself through pain, fatigue, insomnia, and the myriad of other issues that accompany a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. This is where a holistic approach to Rheumatoid Arthritis comes into play!

Does this sound familiar?

  • You are doing everything you should be doing but it still doesn’t feel like enough.
  • You are struggling with overwhelming tiredness. You even feel exhausted when you’re lying down!
  • When you are finished work you have nothing left to give and so you don’t get to play with your kids as often as you’d like.
  • You feel like you are existing rather than enjoying life.
  • You feel like your friends and family don’t understand what you are going through and so you’ve retreated a little. I know you feel bad for cancelling plans, it’s not like you have a choice (I mean, who wouldn’t prefer to be out and about, having lots of fun?) but it can be hard for others to grasp this.
  • Simple things like peeling vegetables, holding a steering wheel, tying laces, typing and lots of other day-to-day stuff can hurt. A lot!
  • You get ALL the emotions about your diagnosis. Fear. Grief. Anger. Resentment.
How to stop arthritis pain in feet

Well, I see you, I really do. It’s because of you that I created The Mindful Arthritis Method which is a holistic approach to Rheumatoid Arthritis.

headaches and rheumatoid arthritis

Imagine just for a minute what it would be like to

  • Feel excited and delighted for a night out, instead of worrying about how on earth you are going to last the distance.
  • Feel more in control of your life instead of letting your arthritis be front and centre, dictating what you can and can’t do.
  • Build fabulous self-care rituals and prioritise time to use them.
  • Motivate yourself, even when you are feeling at your lowest.
  • Build a toolkit that you can dip into to soothe, motivate and relax you as and when you need to.
  • Focus on you and not your arthritis. You are more than your diagnosis.
  • Recognise and release the negative emotions you feel. You might just go easier on yourself.
  • What if you could really look forward, make plans, and be excited for what lies ahead?

Because one thing is certain, a life with rheumatoid arthritis IS a life worth living. You just need to believe it.

    Over the 12 weeks, you’ll get to grips with a holistic approach to rheumatoid arthritis which includes;

🌹 Stress management: Did you know that stress is a potential trigger for symptom flares? This is why it’s so important for you to know how to effectively manage your stress levels.

🌹 Dealing with Emotions: When you are dealing with negative emotions it can really impact how you feel both physically and from a mindset perspective. We will use techniques to help you to recognise and move past these emotions.

🌹 Building a toolkit: You will be fully armed with a holistic toolkit that you can reach for during periods of flares, insomnia, fatigue, and more so that you can feel that you are back in the driving seat of your life.

🌹 Selfcare: This is a big focus of this program. You will have the know-how to build wonderful self-care rituals to show yourself some love, understanding, and acceptance.

But, do I know what I’m talking about?

I’m Aisling. I’m a mum of 2 and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2016. Like you, I have struggled with lots of day-to-day tasks.

I wholeheartedly believe that medication is necessary for the management of my disease and preventing joint damage. BUT, sometimes it’s just not enough for me. I have been where you are. I understand what you are going through. I get it.

I searched and searched for a program like the Mindful Arthritis Method when I was first diagnosed and I couldn’t find anything. So, I had to learn how to do it myself.

Is this program suitable for children with rheumatoid arthritis?

No. This program is only suitable for adults.

How do I know this will work for me?

I can’t guarantee that this will work for you. But, I believe if you lean into this program with a positive attitude and a willingness to implement what you’ve learned you will reap the benefits. For the avoidance of doubt this will not nor is it intended to cure or heal.

It's a lot of money. I'm not sure I can justify the cost.

I hear you. Living with a chronic condition is an expensive business. Between the cost of routine medical appointments, expensive medications, and other supports such as physiotherapy, the bills can add up.

I know that the Mindful Arthritis Method is not the cheapest support tool on the market. And yet, I totally stand by it.

    Here’s why:

    • When you invest in yourself at this level you’re more likely to implement what you have learned and see results.
    • This program offers you everything that you could need in terms of training and support to build and implement your holistic toolkit.
    • When I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis I searched high and low for a program similar to this to support me on my arthritis journey. There is nothing that I could find that provides this content and level of support, especially at this price point.
